Due to the demand for quality purebred Dogo’s over the years, we are expanding! (slightly) For our future Dogo families who would have had to make the long trip to our original kennel, you can now make a shorter journey to our newest location.
Our family-owned kennels, located in Texas and Colorado, are committed to upholding our foundational principles. We breed our dogs only once a year to ensure the utmost quality of life for our puppies. Our dedication to each litter reflects our unwavering commitment to responsible breeding practices and the well-being of our animals.

We breed only the very best of the best and… we are not a puppy mill. With that said, Dogo’s are a rare breed and so are the owners. This dog requires a home willing to give it time and energy. Of course, love and kindness go without saying. All of our breeding dogs are tested and hunted. They are proven to be intelligent, Loyal and protective. Dogo’s think for themselves. They don’t need training to be protective of your family or property.
Currently “Puma Hawgstein and Bear ” of Schaffer Ridge are our leading Studs. All are direct sons of the world-renowned Morocho. All are direct imports from Cordoba. Every one of our Dogo’s is Micro-chipped and registered at Schaffer Ridge Dogo Kennel. FCA {FEDERACION CINOLOGICA ARGENTINA} certificate and proof of bloodline. Ears are cropped for hunting stock only (or by request), a complete health certificate including Diagnostic Pathology tests and current vaccination will be provided by our local veterinarian staff. Our prices are in line with the True Full Bloodline Dogo Breeders. We are Registered Certified breeders listed with the AKC, American Kennel Club, our dog’s hunt and guard our property. In order to maintain breeding with the original standard of Dr. Martinez. We Breed only dogs from La`Cocha estancia in Argentina. We don’t negotiate the price or quality of our dogs.

- Read our testimonials. We do not breed often and do not always have puppies available. As a matter of fact, we have never had any puppies not spoken for prior to their birth.

- Please do your homework. You will be living with your dog for the next 10-14 years if you are lucky, your dog will be happy, healthy, well balanced. A great companion, a Nobel and loyal friend.
